Our professionals of the Practice Area IP have analyzed the Draft Law for the revision of the Industrial Property Code that has been approved by the Council of Ministers on April, 6.
The text will be subject to subsequent examination by the Parliament, but as of now it is useful to highlight some significant potential innovations in the relevant law provisions.
