Lombardy's new regional law no. 15/2024, which came into effect on August 13, 2024, regulates logistics centers larger than three hectares, which are considered as settlements impacting several municipalities. It is aimed at regulating the location and expansion of these logistics facilities, harmonizing urban planning, protecting the environment and health, and promoting sustainable development.
