Chiomenti hosts a seminar on “Trusts in Italy: update on Jersey law and the new Italian tax provisions on foreign discretionary trusts” within KeyTalks meetings, that will be held on November 25^th, 2019 at the Firm’s offices in Milan.

Giovanni Cristofaro and Raul-Angelo Papotti will discuss with Jonathan Speck and Bruce Lincoln (partners with Mourant Ozannes, Jersey) the most relevant aspects of Jersey Trust law as impacting on trust structures with Italian elements. 
The new Italian tax provisions on discretionary trusts set up in low tax jurisdictions, enacted with DL 124/2019, will also be analyzed.
