Tania provides assistance in the fields of insolvency and corporate law. In particular, she has gained experience in debt restructuring transactions, advising both Italian and international clients during the negotiation and implementation of various crisis resolution instruments, whether consensual or court-driven. Her practice further extends to advising investors on the acquisition of assets within insolvency proceedings.
