Stefano advises Italian and international clients on domestic and international tax law matters related to international tax planning and transfer pricing, M&A transactions, as well as individuals taxation and wealth management. He also provides assistance in connection with pre-litigation and litigation phases before the Italian Tax Authority and Tax Courts, both in the context of advance tax agreements procedures (APA and BAPA) and in the definition of tax disputes through tax settlement procedures and tax litigation.
