Chiomenti also provides legal assistance to its clients in the drafting and revision of public governance documents, including remuneration policies for top management and all company personnel, as well as analysis of related issues, taking into account sustainability criteria and long-term corporate interests.
In this context, Chiomenti has developed its assistance service in relation to the legal aspects of a wide range of issues related to environmental, social, and governance matters, providing advice, including on an ongoing basis, to companies with listed or unlisted financial instruments.
In particular, the Firm is regularly involved with major national and international operators in the analysis of the legal implications related to activities with environmental impact and the challenges of energy transition, human capital management, diversity, equal opportunity, sustainability due diligence, including in connection with M&A transactions, as well as issues related, among other things, to regulatory compliance, including those related to public disclosure.
