Two new Partners for Chiomenti: Francesco D'Alessandro and Marco Paruzzolo

During the last Shareholders' Meeting, Chiomenti resolved to appoint Francesco D'Alessandro, formerly Of Counsel and head of the White-Collar Crime Business Unit, as the new partner of the Firm.

Francesco D'Alessandro has been working with the Firm since 2017, when the White-Collar Crime Business Unit was established, for which he is responsible. He offers Italian and foreign clients out-of-court advice and procedural assistance in all the main areas of White-Collar Crime, with a focus on corporate, financial, bankruptcy, tax and environmental criminal law, as well as on criminal liability of entities.

The Firm also appointed Marco Paruzzolo, formerly Counsel of the Banking and Finance department, as Partner of the London office. Marco Paruzzolo joined the Firm in 2002 and regularly assists Italian and foreign clients in the field of banking and finance law in the Firm's London office.

These appointments confirm the process of encouraging talent within the Firm and, especially with regards to the appointment of Francesco, the success of a strategic initiative that represents an area in rapid development for the Firm.
