On September 26, 2023, a joint decree from the Ministry of University and Research and the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy was issued, outlining the guidelines for regulating contractual relationships regarding the inventions of researchers between universities, public research institutions, IRCCS, on the one side, and the funding entities for research activities, on the other side.
