In the latest newsalert, Chiomenti Professionals analyzed the main changes regarding tax incentives included in the draft of the 2026 Budget Law. 

Among the most significant amendments is a new framework for incentives aimed at promoting investments in digital and green transition, as well as accelerating productive investments, marking a return to the pre-2020 model. At the same time, the draft also provides for an extension, until 2028, of the tax credit scheme for investments made in the Special Economic Zone (ZES) for Southern Italy and in the Simplified Logistics Zones (ZLS).
