Newsalert | Golden Powers: identified the assets and strategic relationships in the so called European sectors and in network industries

On December 30th, 2020 the two decrees of the President of the Council of ministers identifying (i) the assets and relationships of national interest in the sectors mentioned by par. 4 of EU Regulation no. 452/2019 (D.P.C.M. no. 179/2020) and (ii) the strategic assets in the energy, transport and communication sectors (D.P.C.M. no. 180/2020) were published in the Official Gazette. Both the decrees will enter into force on January 14th, 2021.
