Newsalert Department of Finance and Regulated Entities - The conversion of the so-called Liquidity Decree into law: the main changes to measures to support the liquidity of companies

On June 4, 2020, the Senate definitively approved the bill (the "DDL") converting Decree Law No. 23 of April 8, 2020 containing urgent provisions to support the liquidity of companies and exports, published in the Official Gazette No. 94 of April 8, 2020 (the so-called "Liquidity Decree").
As is well known, the Decree provided for certain measures to support the liquidity of companies.
