On October 28, 2020, the 2019 “Report on the activity carried out on the basis of the special powers over companies operating in the sectors of defense and national security, as well as for the activities of strategic relevance in the sectors of energy, transports and communications” has been published on the Presidency of the Council of Ministers’ website.
