Article 44 of Law Decree no. 76 of 16 July 2020, published in the Official Journal – General Section no. 178 of 16 July 2020 - so-called “Decreto Semplificazioni” - introduces certain measures aimed at facilitating share capital increases.

The Decree amends the regulation provided under the Italian Civil Code concerning share capital increases by introducing both transitional provision and permanent amendments to Article 2441 of the Italian Civil Code.
