Consob resolution concerning the extension of the provisions related to the reduction of the initial thresholds applicable to the disclosure of significant shareholdings pursuant to Article 120, paragraph 2, of the Consolidated Financial Act and to the declaration of intent pursuant to Article 120, paragraph 4-bis, of the Consolidated Financial Act for 104 Italian listed companies with a widely held shareholder base.
