Infrastructure Insight | The new project financing regime under the corrective decree of the Italian Code of Public Contracts

By Legislative Decree No. 209 of 31 December 2024 (the "Corrective Decree"), complementary and corrective provisions have been introduced to the Code of Public Contracts. Among the many changes, the regulations on project finance have undergone a significant revision, set to reshape the framework for public administrations, industrial players and institutional investors.
