EPRA Global REIT Survey 2024 | Italy chapter

Also this year, Chiomenti's professionals edited the Italian chapter of the ‘Global REIT Survey 2024’, the European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA) survey that includes a comparative analysis of the major Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT) regimes around the world.

The 2024 survey was presented at EPRA's annual conference in Berlin. The Italy chapter provides a description of the tax regime applicable to listed real estate investment trusts (Società di Investimento Immobiliare Quotate - SIIQ) by Giuseppe Andrea Giannantonio, Giulia Bighignoli and Giovanni Scavone.
