Chiomenti promotes a new partner in the Finance area

Chiomenti, at the last Partners Meeting, approved the appointment of Riccardo Rossi as Partner.

Riccardo Rossi, former managing counsel, at the firm since 2019, regularly advises banks and alternative lenders in financing transactions (including leveraged and acquisition finance, corporate financing and secured financing).
