Chiomenti New Appointments

Chiomenti announces the appointment of four new partners, Corrado Borghesan, Valeria De Lucia, Alain Maria Dell' Osso and Massimo Proto.

Corrado Borghesan, who joined the firm in 2007, has extensive expertise in the private equity and industrial M&A fields. Valeria De Lucia has been collaborating with Chiomenti since 2020 and is highly specialized in labor and employment law. Alain Maria dell'Osso, who joined the firm in 2017, provides assistance in matters related to market abuse, tax criminal law, and criminal bankruptcy law. Massimo Proto has been collaborating with the firm since 2020 and brings extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation, contract negotiation, with a particular focus on the communication and sports sectors.
