Chiomenti has strengthened its Administrative Law team with the arrival of Giulio Napolitano as Of Counsel of the Firm.
Giulio Napolitano is a full professor of Administrative Law in the Department of Law of the University of Roma Tre, Department of Law, where he is also responsible for the English language course in Comparative Administrative Law. Recently he taught Comparative Administrative Law at the Radzyner Law School of the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) in Herzliya, Israel (2016), and at the Faculty of Law of Heidelberg University, Germany (2017), as well as teaching the Comparative Public Law course at the Global Law School of the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Portugal (2018). He is a member of the Governing Council of the International Society of Public Law and of the Board of Editors of the European Review of Public Law.
Giulio Napolitano, who has been a member of the Bar Association of Rome since 1998, has been an independent consultant and a consultant with several Italian and international firms. He was president of the Supervisory Board for open access to the network of Telecom Italia from 2009 to 2012, and is one of the twenty members of the International International Council of Arbitration for Sport (ICAS), the governing body of the international sports justice system.
