Chiomenti: from the Partners’ meeting new appointments as a sign of continuity

Following the Chiomenti Partners' Meeting, which took place on Saturday 19 May, the Firm renewed its governance.

The Partner Carlo Croff has passed on the baton of Senior Partner of the Firm to Francesco Tedeschini.

Filippo Modulo has been confirmed as Managing Partner, a role he has held since 2015.

In addition, the Partners in charge of Executive Functions were renewed as follows:
Communication: Gregorio Consoli; Administration: Massimo Antonini; Associates and diversity: Annalisa Reale; General Affairs: Stefano Mazzotti; IT: Alessandro Portolano.

The new Heads of Departments were also appointed:

M&A: Massimiliano Nitti; Banking and Finance: Gregorio Consoli; Listed companies, corporate governance, and Capital Markets: Manfredi Vianini Tolomei; Financial Regulation: Alessandro Portolano; Tax and Tax Planning:      Raul-Angelo Papotti; Dispute Resolution and Arbitration: Silvio Martuccelli; Employment: Emanuele Barberis; Public Affairs/Antitrust: Co-Head, Filippo Brunetti (Administrative) and Cristoforo Osti (Antitrust); IP, TMT and Data Protection: Co-Head, Gilberto Nava (TMT) and Paolo Bertoni (IP).

All professionals who have taken on new responsibilities will remain in office for three years.
