Chiomenti appoints Giulio Napolitano as new Partner

Chiomenti is pleased to announce the promotion of Giulio Napolitano to the partnership.

Since joining Chiomenti in 2018, Giulio Napolitano has delivered great contribution to the Firm’s ambition to deliver to clients an excellent service through a multi-disciplinary approach, that increasingly characterizes the high level of the legal profession, adding excellent skills in the fields of administrative law and public law of the economy, with particular reference to the sectors of regulated markets, control over foreign investments - golden power, corporate governance of public companies, public procurement, urban planning and sports law.

Giulio Napolitano is a full professor of Administrative Law in the Department of Law of the University of Roma Tre, where he is also responsible for the English language course in Comparative Administrative Law.

He is a member of the Governing Council of the International Society of Public Law and of the Board of Editors of the European Review of Public Law.
