Chiomenti Announces the Appointment of 5 new Partners for 2013
On the occasion of the Firm's partners meeting of April 20, 2013, Chiomenti has appointed the following new partners: Gregorio Consoli, Luca Liistro, Antonio Tavella, Raul-Angelo Papotti and Emanuele Barberis, effective as of January 1, 2013.
Gregorio Consoli is admitted as an attorney in Italy and joined Chiomenti in 2002. He practises in the Finance department. He specialises in debt capital market and structured finance, principal and asset finance, lending and project finance.
Luca Liistro is admitted as an attorney in Italy and joined Chiomenti in 2001. He has an LL.M. in International Business and Trade Law. He practises in the Corporate and M&A department and focuses on acquisitions and private equity.
Antonio Tavella is admitted as an attorney in Italy and joined Chiomenti in 2004. He practises in the Finance department where he focuses on financial restructuring and insolvency procedures.
Raul-Angelo Papotti is graduated in Business Administration and in Law, has a Masters degree in Company Tax Law and an LL.M. in International Taxation. He is admitted in Italy as an attorney and tax advisor. He joined Chiomenti in 2007 and practises in the Tax department specialising in international taxation and transfer pricing.
Emanuele Barberis is admitted in Italy and joined Chiomenti in 2010. He practises in the Labour department, focusing on labour matters, including labour litigation and procedures.
