Chiomenti advises the lenders in the Enel Rete Gas deal "European Oil & Gas Deal of the Year" by Project Finance Magazine

Chiomenti advised the lenders in the Enel Rete Gas deal that has been selected as "European Oil & Gas Deal of the Year" during the Project Finance Deals of the Year Awards 2009.

The award has been given for the advice provided in a 1,025 billion euro financing to Enel Rete Gas combined with the transfer of 80% of Enel Distribuzione SpA to F2i Reti Italia Srl.
