A New Governance for Chiomenti

Chiomenti's Partners’ Meeting has approved a new governance structure, appointing a Strategic Committee to lead the Firm for the next three years.

Francesco Tedeschini, aged 60 and already Senior Partner of the Firm, was elected Chairman, Filippo Modulo, aged 50 and Managing Partner for the past three years, and Gregorio Consoli, aged 42, have been appointed Managing Partners and, together with Giulia Battaglia and Massimo Antonini, are the members of the Strategic Committee.

Through these appointments, the Firm aims to consolidate its professional excellence in the Italian market and to continue its role as leader in the most complex operations and the most significant challenges facing the country in the coming years. 

The Partners’ Meeting also appointed a new Compensation Committee and a Policies and Conduct Committee to assist the Strategic Committee in managing the career paths of the Firm's professionals and its policies.
