During a webinar hold on December the 15th, 2020 and promoted by our IP, TMT and Data Protection Department in cooperation with Telepass, cybersecurity within the smart working framework was discussed. 

Gilberto Nava, Paolo Bertoni, Giulio Vecchi and Anna Gardini have discussed with Antonio Palermo (Data Protection Officer and Senior Legal Counsel Telepass) about the main issues related to personal data security and fundamental intangible asset protection such as trade secrets and databases.

During the meeting, our professionals have submitted to the participants a “tool kit” including practical solutions to allow companies to face the main risks and raise awareness among corporate population towards security issues, that stands as one of the biggest challenges within the smart working framework.
