Chiomenti hosts the seminar on “The global rush towards foreign direct investment screening - The new European regulatory framework and its impact on Chinese investments in Europe” that will be held on June 14th, 2019 at the Firm’s offices in Shanghai.

The seminar will be attended by Partner Gianluca D’Agnolo and by Giulio Napolitano - Professor of Administrative Law and Comparative Administrative Law, Department of Law, University of Roma Tre and Of Counsel at Chiomenti - as speaker.

The seminar aims to provide a first assessment of the potential impact of the new European regulatory framework on Chinese investments in Europe and to highlight the legal strategies and procedures that should be followed to achieve a virtuous cooperation between European countries and Chinese investors.
