At Legalcommunity Tax Awards 2019, that was held on 25 March 2019 in Milan, Chiomenti has won the award “Firm of the year M&A”.
According to the Award Jury: “Chiomenti is a Firm with strong transversal skills and a particular focus in M&A also cross border. They are always appreciated for their expertise, balance and always correct and proactive approach".
