Chiomenti hosts a conference on “Corporate Internal Investigations and Whistleblowing: learning from European Experiences” taking place on 7 November 2019 at the Firm’s offices in Milan, with participation of “European Network” law firms Cuatrecasas, Gide Loyrette Nouel, and Gleiss Lutz.

The conference will be opened by Filippo Modulo and Stefano Manacorda (Chiomenti) Introducing Lorenzo Salazar, Vice Chairman OECD Working Group on Bribery, speaking on “Whistleblowing and international bribery under OECD instruments”.

A roundtable focusing on “Corporate investigations: comparing European experiences” will be following, with the participation of Andrea Bernava (Chiomenti) as moderator, and Francesco D’Alessandro (Chiomenti), Juan Bonilla (Cuatrecasas), Sophie Scemla (Gide Loyrette Nouel) and Eike Bicker (Gleiss Lutz) attending as speakers.

A second roundtable on “Towards an integrated approach to manage internal investigations and reports” will be taking place, with the participation of Paolo Valensise (Chiomenti) as moderator and Pier Giuseppe Biandrino (Director Legal & Corporate Affairs, Edison), Stefano Speroni (Director Legal Affairs, ENI), Stefano Manacorda (Chiomenti) and Andrea Sacco Ginevri (Chiomenti) as speakers.
