Stefano specializes in Intellectual Property and competition law, both contentious and non-contentious matters, assisting Italian and foreign clients, with particular emphasis on trademarks, patents, copyright, anticounterfeiting - Customs, trade show and online activities - and unfair competition. He also gained valuable experience in IP and commercial consultancy.
Stefano has authored publications on Intellectual Property matters and collaborates with leading Italian journals and law review.
