Stefano focuses on Intellectual Property law and unfair competition, assisting Italian and foreign clients in the resolution of judicial and extrajudicial disputes regarding trademarks, patents, designs, copyright and competition protection. Stefano has also gained experience in IP contracting and consulting, particularly in the field of IP Finance, assisting clients in the economic enhancement of their IP assets, drafting related financing agreements, and managing investments related to patents, trademarks, and other Intellectual Property rights. In addition to this, he is active in managing SEP patents and drafting FRAND licenses, as well as assisting in the creation and management of joint ventures focused on the development and industrial application of intangible assets, taking care of collaboration agreements, IP rights management and dispute resolution.
Stefano has authored academic publications and collaborates with leading national journals in the field.
