Renato Genovese provides assistance to Italian and foreign clients in Corporate – M&A and has an extensive experience in (i) cross borders transactions, acquisitions, takeovers and disposals of shares – of both listed and unlisted companies – and businesses, also involving Banks, Insurance and other Regulated Entities, mergers and de-mergers, also transnational; (ii) definition of the legal strategies for investments, governance, exit, and remuneration of minority shareholders; (iii) joint ventures and (iv) reorganization of national and international groups. He has also an extensive experience in advising clients in other corporate matters and in commercial contracts.
