Patrizia has extensive experience in structuring and executing investment and co-investment projects across all major asset classes, including retail, office, residential, hospitality, logistics, data centres, and alternative sectors. Her practice also encompasses development and urban regeneration projects. She is consistently recognised among Italy’s leading real estate lawyers by Chambers and The Legal 500.
