Niccolò Antongiulio handles the banking, financial, and commercial aspects of project finance transactions, as well as M&A transactions in the renewable energy, gas, natural resources, and infrastructure sectors. In particular, he assists leading financial institutions and sponsors in structuring financial and guarantee documents related to financing transactions and in drafting the relevant commercial agreements. Within the energy sector, he has gained significant experience in negotiating and drafting project contracts, including power purchase agreements (PPAs)—both physical and virtual—engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracts, and operation and maintenance (O&M) contracts for renewable energy facilities. He also assists Italian and foreign companies in structuring company acquisition agreements, shareholders’ agreements, joint venture agreements, and other commercial agreements.
