Matteo regularly advises Italian and international clients in domestic and cross-border private equity and industrial M&A transactions, including leveraged buyouts and joint ventures, both with regard to privately-held as well as to listed companies.
Matteo also provides assistance to Italian and international companies in relation to a wide range of corporate and commercial law issues.
