Matteo advises leading Italian and multinational companies both in the event of extraordinary transactions (equity, debt, IPO, OPA, capital increases, bond issuances, etc.) and in the ordinary course of business as well as in relations with relevant authorities.
Matteo has gained experience in capital markets regulations and listed entities regulations, deepening his understanding of corporate governance and investment solicitation.
