Matteo advises client on banking and finance matters. In particular, he regularly advises Italian and international clients (i.e. banks, financial companies and investment funds) in relation to structured finance transactions, with a particular focus on securitisation transactions, involving a wide range of underlyings (including performing, non-performing and unlikely to pay receivables). Matteo has also gained experience in financial regulation, specifically in the field of investment services and collective asset management.
