Marco has assisted large multinational companies in complex competition law matters, proceedings and litigation before European and national competition authorities, in European courts and in Italian civil and administrative courts. He also deals with European and Italian regulation of telecommunications, energy and media.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Marco D'Ostuni joined the Firm as Partner in 2024. Since 2025 he is Head of the "European Law & Antitrust" Practice Area. Previously, he was a partner in an international law firm since 2008.
