Luca advises Italian and international clients in the context of banking and structured finance transactions, with a particular focus on leveraged finance, acquisition finance and corporate finance as well as private placement and “mini-bond” issuances. He has also experience in securitization transactions, NPLs/UTPs and asset finance.
