Lorenzo practices tax law, with a focus on financial taxation, corporate restructuring and M&A transactions. In particular, Lorenzo advises Italian and international clients on tax planning and domestic or cross-border transactions in the real estate and private equity sectors. Lorenzo has also extensive experience in advising Innovative Start-Ups and SMEs on tax law matters.
