Irene advises clients on banking, finance, structured finance, and debt capital markets law. She regularly advises Italian and international banks, finance companies, and investment funds on transactions concerning securitisation, and asset finance involving both performing and distressed assets.
Since 2012 she advises clients on major covered bond issuance programmes in Italy.
Irene was awarded as “Best Practice Debt Capital Markets: Lawyer of the Year” at Legalcommunity Forty Under 40 Awards 2023.
