Irene Scalzo is highly specialised in banking and finance and structured finance. She regularly advises Italian and international banks, financial institutions and investment funds on securitisation and asset finance transactions involving both performing and distressed assets. She has developed significant experience in SRT (Significant Risk Transfer) transactions, with a particular focus on synthetic securitisations.
Irene was awarded as “Best Practice Debt Capital Markets: Lawyer of the Year” at Legalcommunity Forty Under 40 Awards 2023.
