Giulia deals with M&A transactions in so-called regulated sectors such as, for example, infrastructure and transportation, energy and oil & gas, gaming & betting as well as payment systems. She typically assists infrastructure, long-term or traditional private equity funds, both Italian and foreign. She is, in addition, the author of publications focused on administrative law.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES
Giulia Uboldi joined the Firm in 2023 as a Managing Associate. Previously, she worked for ten years at a leading Italian and international law firm; most notably in 2018 she was Foreign Associate at Cravath Swaine & Moore LLP in the London office.ACADEMIC ACTIVITIES
