Gioia Ronci advises clients on debt capital markets and finance transactions. She regularly advises Italian and international banks and corporates and insurance companies on bonds issuances, including sophisticated, plain vanilla and convertible bonds, hybrid notes, regulatory capital instruments, MREL-eligible bonds, and on the main issuance programmes for structured covered bonds and EMTNs in Italy, both for liability management transactions and standalone issuances. She has also significant experience with green and social bonds.
