Giacomo practices competition law, both nationally and at the EU level, advising leading Italian and multinational companies on matters concerning collusion, abuse of power, concentrations and state aid. Giacomo has gained experience in issues related to fundamental freedoms and the internal EU market as well as unfair commercial practices. Giacomo frequently participates in the development and execution of antitrust compliance and antitrust audit programmes.
