Corrado regularly advises Italian and international clients in domestic and cross-border private equity and industrial M&A transactions, including leveraged buyouts and joint ventures, both with regard to privately-held as well as to listed companies.
Over the years, Corrado has been involved in several of the most significant M&A transactions in which the firm has been involved, covering a broad range of sectors, including media, food, fashion and financial institutions.
Corrado also provides advice on corporate governance issues both to companies and their senior management.
