Chiara advises Italian and international clients in employment and labour law matters (with a focus on consulting on ordinary and extraordinary matters in all phases of the employment relationship, drafting employment contracts, independent contractor agreements and directorship agreements, managing union procedures, incentive schemes, and corporate welfare) as well as managing litigation and providing legal advice on employment and labour profiles of extraordinary transactions.
