Specialising in national and EU competition law, Caterina advises leading national and international companies before the Italian Competition Authority and the European Commission on matters involving agreements, concerted practices and abuse of dominant position. Caterina assists clients also in the notification of multi-jurisdictional mergers, in the implementation of antitrust compliance programmes and in matters involving unfair commercial practices. She has also developed specific expertise in assisting companies operating in the telecommunication sector, in respect of antitrust, regulatory and contractual issues. Further, Caterina gained experience in the field of administrative law and relevant litigation.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES
