Camilla focuses on banking and finance law, with particular emphasis on structured finance transactions and debt capital markets. She advises Italian and international clients, including banks, financial institutions and investment funds, on securitisation transactions and other structured finance operations involving various types of underlying assets. She also provides assistance in connection with bond issuances and bond programmes for leading Italian and international companies and financial institutions.
