In particular, Angelo regularly assists prominent clients in the entertainment, publishing, media, gaming, luxury, retail, and technology industry, with a specific focus on digital platforms, supporting them in the protection, management, and exploitation of their intangible assets, with special attention to copyright, trademarks, design, and IP and digital issues connected to new technologies. His practice includes assistance in litigation and preliminary injunction proceedings, as well as ongoing advisory services on contracts involving IP rights, the preparation of legal opinions, and support in commercial and corporate deals, including due diligence activities and the related contractual aspects. He has also developed experience in advising users and collecting societies on matters relating to copyright and collective rights management, as well as intermediaries and exchanges on issues related to blockchain and crypto assets.
