Specialising in national and EU competition law, Angela advises leading national and international companies on matters involving agreements and concerted practices, abuse of dominant position, notifications of mergers and other concentrations proceedings before the Italian Competition Authority and the European Commission with regard to multijurisdictional concentration transactions. Angela has gained significant experience in antitrust compliance and auditing. Over the years, she has advised various companies in matters involving unfair commercial practices before the Italian Competition Authority. She also has experience in state aids and unfair competition.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
